We stayed at the wonderful Chateau De Bellefontaine in October 2006.
which is only 10 minutes walk from town. The Chateau is set south east of
the centre of Bayeux just outside the ring road on the Rue De Bellefontaine
in lovely grounds with a small lake and with swans. There are modern apartments
with very luxurious facilities from around 120 euros per night off season,
rising to 180 per night in high season.
Getting to Bayeux
Close to the french Normandy Coast Bayeux is on the major E46 (N13) road.
