Homeric Poems Hotel Review
Santorini's little gem is a series of terrace suites on the white hills of Fira (Firostefani) called Homeric Poems Studios.
The buildings that make up the Homeric Poems apartments are one hundred years old with original pebble stone mosaics complemented by the latest in ideosyncratic modern design following major refurbishment in 2004.
Santorini is spa spectacular island formed by the caldera of an extinct volcano and is one of the more fashionable greek islands.
Homeric Poems Studios got a good write up in the Mr and Mrs Smith guide so we stayed for 2 nights and loved every minute. It is odd, quirky, kooky even, but dont let this put you off, because they have all the modern amenities you could wish for, private pool and the best bloody view from the terrace you could ever imagine having;although if you suffer from vertigo, being perched on the lip of a 300ft cliff may not be your idea of perfection.
Homeric Poems Studios do get booked up with repeat visitors and we intend to be two of them.
