Den Gouden Karpel

A fantastic fish restaurant in Brugge, Den Gouden Karpel (the golden carp) is easily found. Follow your nose to the Vismarkt (fishmarket) and take a look a the the great fresh food on offer. Then pop round the corner to the restaurant on Huidenvettersplein. We particularly liked the Lobster Belle-Vue and Seafood platter. We liked this restaurant so much we went back the following day, when we had the fish soup (Vissoep) which was incredibly good and excellent value.
