Cuba has some great cars, great cigars and great places to stay. The Hotel Nacional is an Art Deco classic where both Sinatra and Churchill once stayed and played. It was built in 1930 and was always and still is listed as a five star establishment, although for comparison many travel opperators class it as four star. However, it is still excellent four star and definitely a great base for anyone wanting to explore Havana. It has its own pool (of course) but is also just a block from the beach.
